Ashleys Whisky Heaven

Hello to all you whisk(e)y fans out there,

I am Ashley and have been a fan of whiskey and in particular Scotch for over 8 years now and i just love the world of this Wonderful spirit.

Currently working for Brooks Hotel and i love been around whisky.

I have a nice collection of my own which i try to add to when possible and my favourite is Ardbeg Uigeadail. Actually any Ardbeg will get my nose tingling.

I am 36 and from Dublin and living here all my life.

Towards the end of 2009 I took over the running of my own bar in Kingscourt County Cavan called Freeman's but called a halt to it in September 2010.
